Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 business (excluding weekends and holidays) day after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates
We offer flat rate shipping within The United States.

• Standard Shipping: $2.99 (estimated delivery: 2–7 business days)

• Expedited Shipping: $8.99 (estimated delivery: 1–3 business days)

International Shipping

• Shipping charges and delivery times will be calculated at checkout.

• Please note: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Maison Cle D'or is not responsible for these charges.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 2 days for tracking information to become available.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes
We can/cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Please contact us if you have any questions.
